In addition, we are exploring potential habitats of the olm (<em data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"592\">Proteus anguinus<\/em>).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"627\">Training new researchers:<\/strong> Our team is training three young researchers in fish fauna studies and nature conservation practices.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"769\">Collaborating with institutions:<\/strong> We are working closely with local and national institutions to promote nature conservation efforts in the Nik\u0161i\u0107 area.<\/li><li><strong data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"926\">Proposing protection measures:<\/strong> We provide specific protection recommendations for certain fish species and their habitats.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1054\">Developing our organisation:<\/strong> We are creating a strategic plan to strengthen our organisation\u2019s operations and impact, enabling us to achieve better conservation results in the long term.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Why this matters?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Zeta River Basin is home to rich biodiversity that we aim to preserve for future generations \u2014 not only for humans, but for the well-being and survival of the many plant and animal species that inhabit this region. We work hand in hand with local communities and institutions to achieve lasting change and improve conservation practices.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are grateful to the Critical Ecosystem Partnership
